Mutuku is said to have warned her to not to insult him in the presence of young children and that it painted a bad picture and lowering his dignity.
She is alleged to have continued forcing him to report the matter to the police who arrested her. Achieng was arraigned in court but she denied the charge and was released on Sh5000 cash bail.
The case will be heard on the 17th of July 2018.
