Movie fans all know actor Bryshere Y. Gray who plays the character of Hakeem Lyon on the TV series Empire that is all about making good music.
With the recently concluded Groove Awards, TV Host Kalekye Mumo mentioned how Kenyan Gospel artiste Masterpiece bears a striking resemblance to Hakeem Lyon.

Masterpiece started his musical journey at a tender age he first came into the spotlight after doing a song with DK Kwenye Beat and Cabassa titled ‘Kofi Yoo’. He made his come back recently still with DK on a new song called ‘Baba Yao’.
