The only place he knew as home and grown was in an orphanage.
Then one day he went to minister to a high school. After he finished preaching they were invited for lunch and besides him was a young girl who seated. As he was busy eating the young girl was playing with food. And was astonished why the girl was playing with precious food, were to him food was rare. He couldn’t understand why this girl was doing this.
After he was done with lunch he said, “i pointed at the girl and said you young girl, come and after they stepped outside away from other people and he said to the girl i will come in two years time and will marry you”. And that’s how he met his wife and have lived together now for 66 years.
He also shared a testimony how last year he got so sick with a bad septic wound that ate his leg so bad, that the doctors told him they couldn’t do anything to heal him. So nothing they could do but to go home and wait for his fate.
He said, “I laid on bed and told the Lord, because the pain was too much and said Father take me home”. But at the same i was telling the Lord to take me home, my wife who is a strong intercessor was in another room telling the Lord to “do not dare take him any where for he has a lot of work he is yet to do to your people”.
