A move by gospel singer Bahati to introduce his real daughter elicited mixed reactions from fans.
Taking to Facebook on Saturday, the “Mama” hit maker said the little girl who goes by the name Mueni Bahati was born two years ago.
He also expressed gratitude to his girlfriend Diana for being there for him in all, adding that God should bless her abundantly.
Bahati, who lives with his adopted children, vowed to love and protect his daughter Mueni and be the the best father.
This is what he posted:
“Too many Blessings have come my way but 2 Years ago was the beginning of a special lifetime Blessing from God. Before anything, I’d like to acknowledge and thank the Love of My Life #Diana for being there for me in all situations, May God bless You. My Lovely Fans, you’ve stood with me & supported me Since Day one… I’ll forever be grateful for that. Allow me to introduce to you the Angel that God blessed me with, My First Born Daughter- I PROMISE TO LOVE AND PROTECT YOU. I WILL BE THE BEST DAD FOR YOU @Mueni_Bahati.”
It will be remembered that in 2015 Bahati came out to deny reports that he had dumped a woman who was carrying his child.
At the time, Bahati had just received 200,000 from Safaricom. He claimed that those who were spreading the rumors only wanted his money while dismissing the allegations.
Exactly two years down the line, the gospel singer has a two-year-old daughter who he has promised to love and care for. Question is, where has Bahati been all this while?
