How did the breakup affect you?
It affected me a great deal, especially after the media started writing about it. I lost many businesses, since no one was willing to work with me. I used to lock myself in my house. At some point, I moved to another neighbourhood.
I tried running my company through my employees, but it just couldn’t work. I was ruined and out of business for one year, surviving only on the money I had made from previous projects…
Did this affect your relationship with women?
I received many messages on Facebook from women suggesting we get together because they were apparently going through similar experiences. I guess they meant that they were heartbroken. But my case was different.
I swore to steer clear of relationships. I was resolute that dating was not going to be my thing, neither was I going to consider marriage. I even gave up on God, because I felt that He had abandoned me.
